Q. Is your work guaranteed?
A. All of our work is guaranteed for 10 years including a guarantee with our material manufacturers.
Q: When can I use my new driveway?
A: straight away after completion as all edgings are fixed in earlier stages.
Q. What about water drainage?
A. There is currently regulations that apply to surface water from paved areas around your property. We will always install suitable drainage for your driveway where required adequate to take surface water.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Our payment terms is no deposit and we accept bank transfer at halfway stage and final payment on completion.
Q. How long will my driveway or patio last?
A. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and do it correctly to make it last for years to come a lot of the work in our albums is from 2010 onwards and they are still looking great today this is backed with our reviews in our checkatrade profile with our repeat customers and recommendation.
Q. What happens after accepting your quote?
A. After accepting our quote you will be given an estimated start date and will keep you updated with our calendar.
Q. Will I be charged more than my quote?
A. NO. We charge for the price you have been quoted. We price each job accordingly to take in every factor and giving you every optional extra before we start.
Q. Do you use skips?
A. NO. Everything is taken away using our own lorry’s to keep disruption to the minimum and recycled with our local recycling tips.
Q. How long will it take to complete my driveway or patio ?
A. We will give you an estimated time to complete the job on our first initial visit, we don’t rush our work or jump from job to job we make sure it’s finished to the highest standard and all of our customers appreciate this it all depends on the size of the area.
